About LOARU
LOARU began with the search for a better morning.
As an entrepreneur, I was always looking for clarity, focus and a start to the day that brings energy without making me feel rushed.
My story
From Bulletproof Coffee to Bulletproof Cocoa.
For a long time, my mornings began with coffee — often Bulletproof Coffee with MCT oil and ghee.
Coffee gave me a quick lift, but this start often felt too hectic. Too much push, too little calm and clarity.
At some point, I discovered pure cocoa and began replacing my morning coffee with cocoa, MCT oil and ghee.
That became my Bulletproof Cocoa — and with it, a completely different start to the day.
What changed
More clarity. Less rush.
Focus
For me, MCT oil became a functional addition for a clear and focused start.
Sustained fullness
The ghee gave the drink richness, creaminess and, for me, a lasting sense of fullness through to lunchtime.
Everyday life
Because I eat intentionally, low-carb and often ketogenic, this combination quickly became a regular part of my morning.
CORE
The origin of LOARU.
Cocoa became the centre.
But preparing pure cocoa each day was needlessly complicated. Large pieces had to be broken, weighed and fully dissolved.
So I began experimenting with forms, quantities and ways of preparing it.
This practical problem gave rise to the Microdisc: a small, clearly portioned form for whole cocoa.
That is how CORE came to be — and how LOARU grew from CORE.
The product world

CORE is the starting point of LOARU: pure cocoa in a clearly portioned form.
Clarity
FLOW complements CORE with MCT oil. For me, it stands for clarity and a functional start.
The foundation
ROOT completes the combination with ghee and gives it, for me, richness, creaminess and substance.

CORE is at the centre. FLOW and ROOT complement it with a clear purpose.
The idea behind it
A morning routine became a product idea.
LOARU did not come from a trend, nor was it designed on a drawing board.
It grew out of my own everyday life, practical use and the question of how to make a good start to the day clearer, simpler and more considered.
That is why every product follows a clear purpose and an equally clear form.
