LOARU began with a simple search: a better way to start the day.
As an entrepreneur, I was always looking for clarity, focus and a way to start the day with energy — without feeling rushed.
My story
From Bulletproof Coffee to Bulletproof Cacao.
For years, my mornings began with coffee — often Bulletproof Coffee with MCT oil and ghee.
Coffee gave me a quick lift, but it often made the morning feel too rushed. Too much push. Too little calm and clarity.
Then I discovered pure cacao and began replacing my morning coffee with cacao, MCT oil and ghee.
That became my Bulletproof Cacao — and with it came a completely different, calmer start to the day.
What changed
More clarity. Less rush.
Focus
For me, MCT oil became a functional addition to a clear, focused start.
Sustained fullness
The ghee added richness and creaminess and, for me, a lasting sense of fullness through to lunch.
Daily routine
Because I eat consciously, low-carb and often ketogenic, this combination quickly became a natural part of my morning.
CORE
The origin of LOARU.
Cacao became the centre of my morning.
But preparing pure cacao every day was needlessly complicated. Large pieces had to be broken, weighed and fully dissolved.
So I began experimenting with forms, quantities and ways of preparing it.
That practical problem led to the MicroDisc: a small, easy-to-portion form of whole cacao.
That is how CORE came to life — and how LOARU grew from it.

FLOW adds MCT oil for those who want it. For me, it stands for clarity and a functional start.
Richness
ROOT adds ghee, bringing richness, creaminess and substance to the cup.

The idea behind it
A morning routine became something more.
LOARU was not born from a trend or a marketing brief.
It grew out of something I actually used every morning — and one question: how could a good start to the day feel simpler, calmer and better considered?
